Jo Kneebone is a fully qualified Herbalist, Naturopath and Nutritionist and also hold a diploma of remedial massage therapy.

Jo initially qualified from university in 1988 as a Registered Nurse. Since then she went on to work in many areas of nursing and then commenced her studies into complementary and alternative medicine.

Jo worked in the field of psychiatry for over 10 years which gave her studies a particularly rich focus within this area. She consequently has a particular interest in mood and mental health, specifically in conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD and bipolar disorder. The combination of her understanding and expertise in both the general medical and alternative management of health conditions allows a unique holistic and integrated approach to occur.

Jo has relocated her private practice from Double Bay to Hunters Hill. She also runs groups and practices from "The Sydney Clinic Clinic" private hospital at Bronte. This unique practice allows for the integration of the best of what conventional and alternative treatments have to offer with a view to achieving optimum health for both the mind and the body.
